You may walk in to the Centre during our opening hours to register. Please note that the Client must be medically diagnosed with dementia.
You may also go through Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) to register with us.
Unforunately, we do not provide subsidies.
You will be pleased to know that the Ministry of Health (MOH) does subsidise Clients according to their means-testing results. Please check out SilverPages for more information.
Our Clients will be served three meals; morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. All meals are halal.

Yes, transport will be provided to-and-fro Client’s home and the Centre. The vehicle is equipped with wheelchair lifter.
Yes, an escort will be assisting the Client in the transport.
Yes, there will be a rest period for our Clients between 1-2pm.
Yes, your helper may accompany the Client in the Centre.
Meals can be catered for the helper at a cost.
Unfortunately, we do not provide medical escort services for our Client’s routine medical appointments.
